Our co-build sprint takes you from an idea to a built, tested and validated AI product in 5-steps.

How To Sprint

The co-build sprint takes you through 5 days of co-creation. Whether this is 5-days in the same week, or 5 days across 5 weeks, you'll get to the results you need.

This process will help you understand where your service could most benefit from AI, where to focus on for the first build(s) design and build your solutions to be tested with your users. The last day of the sprint is about integrating your learnings and offering and implementing it within your service offering.

• Map your solution specs & capabilities (what the product needs to deliver or do).

• Map your materials & knowledge (what is needed for the AI to operate in the intended way).

• Understand your governance expectations.

• Prepare for testing.

• Test & get feedback on your AI solutions (either through paid or organic users).

• Refine your solution based on feedback & learnings.

• Note: If you decide to use a paid user panel, the results of the testing can be accessed in the beginning of day 4, leaving the session for analysis & iterations.
